We stand behind every plant we sell. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Window

Days

from delivery date

You have 7 days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order. For dead-on-arrival plants, please report within 24-48 hours for fastest resolution.

What's Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Plants that arrive dead or severely damaged
  • Plants that die within 7 days due to shipping stress
  • Wrong plant delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Products with manufacturing defects (pots, accessories)

What's NOT Eligible

  • Healthy plants you no longer want
  • Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
  • Plants damaged due to extreme weather after delivery
  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized items

Depending on the issue, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prefer to send a replacement plant rather than process a refund. Replacements are:

  • Shipped within 2-3 business days of approval
  • Delivered free of charge
  • Covered by the same 7-day guarantee
